YOUR PROJECT DETAILS MATTER.

Privacy &
document handling.

What you share

The consultation form collects your name, email, optional phone number, project description, service interest, preferred time, and any documents you choose to submit.

How the information is used

Ask Aaron uses your submission to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, and discuss a possible review. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or start a paid service.

Document storage

Uploads are stored in private server-side storage. This website does not provide public download links to submitted documents. Please remove bank details, identification numbers, signatures, and unrelated sensitive information before uploading. Only upload documents you are authorized to share.

Your requests

To request access to or deletion of a submission, use the consultation form, choose “Not sure yet,” and include your submission reference. Ask Aaron may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Website services

The site serves its fonts locally. Site hosting and storage providers process technical data needed to deliver the website and store your submission. The automated guide answers common questions in your browser; it does not send chat messages to an external AI service or store them on the server. A session preference remembers when you dismiss the consultation invitation. This launch version does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Limits of the service

Ask Aaron provides a construction second opinion based on the information submitted. It is not legal advice, an engineering assessment, a site inspection, or a guarantee of contractor performance.

A SECOND OPINION. A SMARTER DECISION.

Here’s how Ask Aaron works.

01

Tell me what you’re planning.

Share your project, where you are in the process, and what you’re unsure about.

02

Bring the details.

Upload proposals, scopes, plans, photos or a change order. A paid review only starts after the scope and fee are agreed.

03

Leave with better questions.

Understand what to clarify with your contractor before your next decision.
